We never thought we’d go back to Middleton, WI to live, well, life had surprises for us! It’s my husband’s hometown; we love it, and we called it ‘home’ for 12 months…now the new surprise is taking us to our new home…in Bellingham, WA! I have mixed feelings; thrilled about the opportunity of course but our past year was joyful; spent plenty of time with family, made new friends and got used to the cold – no, that did not happen 🙂 WI after Thailand is not recommended, dear reader!

Anyways! It will be very interesting for me to go back to the state I lived during my first time in the US – it has been 15-16 years!! Although we will be 3 hours away from Seattle and living in a much smaller town, I expect the vibe to be similar. As the new journey with many unknowns are in the horizon, I will continue to take deep breaths and keep my fingers crossed, that this will be our ‘forever’ location. Wish us good luck!!
